The journey of our family business began in 2017 - two brothers and a father - with a simple idea:

We believe that coffee is not just a drink, but also an experience that brings people together and creates a space for meeting, inspiration and relaxation.
Today, we are a company full of professionals who love their work and look for ways to push the boundaries of quality in our products and services every day. Every cup of coffee, every training session and every visit to our facilities is an opportunity for us to show our customers that detail and care play a vital role.
We are constantly striving to improve
Since 2017, when we opened our first business, we have been constantly developing and discovering new ways to bring people the joy of honest coffee. Today, under the The Roses brand, we operate two cafés and one beer bar. In addition, we run our own specialty coffee roastery, where we carefully select our raw materials and roast them gently. Our training center opens its doors to baristas and enthusiasts who want to deepen their knowledge and skills. We are also direct importers of green coffee, which allows us to control the entire process—from farm to cup.

Select coffee is not only our profession, but also our true passion. We are fascinated by its diversity, endless range of flavors, and the stories behind each bean. Every day, we look for ways to bring people closer to this world—whether through our cafés, our own roastery, or educational activities for baristas and enthusiasts.
Direct trade and support for farmers
We believe that high-quality coffee starts with the farmer. That is why we import green coffee directly from producers with whom we build long-term and fair relationships. Through direct trade, we support their development, ensure fair remuneration, and at the same time, we are assured of the highest quality raw materials.
Education and knowledge sharing
We have opened our own Barista Academy, where we share our know-how, experience, and enthusiasm for specialty coffee. We believe that education is the key to the growth of the entire coffee community, which is why we offer courses for professional baristas and roasters, as well as for all coffee enthusiasts who want to deepen their knowledge.
