A café located in the premises of the former functionalist Kolba café (dating back to 1938). We have renovated these beautiful premises with the utmost respect for the original space. Every day, we offer two types of batch brew and one espresso coffee. For coffee connoisseurs, we offer a selection of exclusive coffees that have won various competitions, coffees with experimental processing, and coffees with a cupping score of 90+. We also offer a wide range of desserts and sweets, which we bake on site. On weekdays until 12:00, breakfast from the regular menu, on weekends brunch menu until 14:00. Espresso bar in the Grand Hotel building (entrance from the street next to the restaurant). Two types of batch brew and one espresso coffee every day. We prepare well-known and signature coffee drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). For coffee connoisseurs, we offer a selection of exclusive coffees – coffees that have won various competitions, coffees with experimental processing, or coffees with a cupping score of 90+. We serve sweet pastries and desserts made in-house and by artisan bakers to accompany your coffee. You can also purchase coffee beans from our roastery to take home. Our excellent professional staff will advise you on your selection, grinding, and how to prepare coffee at home..

At our first establishment, which we opened in 2017, you can enjoy select coffee from our roastery and beer from small breweries across the country throughout the day. In the morning, we will prepare breakfast to accompany your coffee, or you can choose from a selection of desserts and sweet treats from our own production. In the afternoon, we offer burgers, hot dogs, toasties, homemade fries, or our pickled sausages and cheeses to go with your beer. We have six taps, on which we regularly rotate different craft beers. For conservative customers, we regularly serve Putník beer. You can also purchase coffee beans from our roastery to take home. We look forward to seeing you, stop by for a beer or coffee..

At our roastery, we roast select coffee beans from farmers around the world. We truly have coffee for everyone. We offer single-origin Arabica beans, espresso blends, limited editions, and exclusive coffees with a cupping score of 90+. The roastery also includes a training center for baristas—a modern space equipped with professional technology, where we hold courses for beginners, advanced and professional baristas, training for cafés and roasteries, and experiential workshops. Our goal is to show that coffee is not just a drink, but also a story, a skill, and an experience that brings people together..
