We develop the roast profile for each coffee individually to ensure a clean and full flavor, ideal body, and texture.

Freshly roasted coffee should ideally rest for 10–14 days. This allows you to fully enjoy its flavor.

Our espresso coffees taste best with a ratio of 1:2.3–2.5. For example, if you use 18 grams for a double espresso, the output should be between 42–45 grams. Extraction time: approx. 25–35 seconds.
