  • Our espresso roasts are designed to highlight the coffee's natural flavor potential.

  • We develop the roast profile for each coffee individually to ensure a clean and full flavor, ideal body, and texture.

  • Freshly roasted coffee should ideally rest for 10–14 days. This allows you to fully enjoy its flavor.

  • Our espresso coffees taste best with a ratio of 1:2.3–2.5. For example, if you use 18 grams for a double espresso, the output should be between 42–45 grams. Extraction time: approx. 25–35 seconds.
