About the training center
We hold courses at our professional training center in Brno. We designed it to meet the requirements for SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) training centers, but also to be as versatile as possible for competition training and lectures.

Tour of the roastery.
If you are interested, you can take a short tour of our roastery as part of the course and learn how coffee is roasted. The roastery is located right next to the training center.
Certificate
At the end of each barista course, you will receive a certificate of completion from our training center.
Barista Academy
We have built a modern barista training center for you, where we organize courses, lectures, cuppings, and many other events. We would be delighted if you came to visit us, whether as participants in a selected course or as our colleagues who want to share information from the world of specialty coffee. Who teaches the courses
Barista courses from the barista of the year
Vojtěch Růžička
Vojta has been involved in specialty coffee since 2011. During his career, he has gained experience both in Czechia and abroad, participated in many competitions, and also judged several competitions. His greatest achievements are winning the title of Barista of the Year 2020 and subsequently placing 12th in the World Barista Championship. Since 2019, he has been training baristas not only in the Czech Republic.

Matyáš Růžička
Maty has been in the coffee industry since 2015. He has extensive experience in competitions as a key member of the backstage implementation team. He is responsible for the operation of our businesses, which gives him a wealth of experience and enables him to help you with your café.
You can meet Maty at home coffee preparation training courses, in the Barista – Beginner category, or he can train staff at your business.
Maty's achievements in competitions:
